1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) determine the rules of the Service and clarify the legal relationship between the User and Stepio AI (“Company”). By using the Website and/or the Service, you declare that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration

Account setup requires logging in via Google or providing a valid email and Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and Password and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Some parts of our Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Subscriptions automatically renew under the same conditions unless cancelled by you or the Company.

Fees may be modified at any time, effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle, with prior notice. Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable except when required by law.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, and share information, including videos and graphics (“Content”).You retain all ownership rights to the Content you submit, but you represent that you have the right to use it and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

The Service itself, including its original content, features, and functionality, remains the exclusive property of Stepio AI and its licensors.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates national or international laws.
• To exploit or harm minors or impersonate others.
• To transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code.
• To interfere with the proper working of the Service or its security.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. Stepio AI is not liable for mistakes made by the AI models used in the Service. AI-generated content should not replace professional recommendation. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or technical phenomena.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
