By accessing or using Stepio AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use Stepio AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You may not use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer our AI models or platform.
• You may not use the Service for any advertising or marketing without our prior consent.
• You may not use any automated tools, bots, or scrapers against our platform.

3. Account

Account setup is possible through the Stepio website using Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

Stepio AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stepio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., AI narration, video rendering, enhancement).

5. Content

Any videos, recordings, text, graphics, or other materials you submit through the Service constitute your content ("Content"). You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the rights to your Content, and (ii) your Content does not violate the rights of any third party. We do not use your Content for any purpose other than providing the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to you.

7. Refunds

Except when required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at team@stepio.ai within 30 days of the charge.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party websites and services. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We use reputable third-party providers for infrastructure, AI processing, and payments. Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stepio AI, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page or by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
