Credits measure the AI work Stepio does for you. Every plan comes with a monthly allowance, and it only goes down when something new is generated. AI videos and translations are counted per minute, and each AI step-by-step guide has a fixed cost. Downloading and re-exporting finished work is always free.

Each target language is counted on its own, based on the length of the finished video. Each translated version also comes with its own step-by-step guide, which has a fixed cost.

No. Editing the script, adjusting timing, changing styles and exporting are all free, as many times as you like. Credits are only used when the AI creates something new, such as rewriting a guide from a prompt or translating a video again.

You are not charged for it. If a video, translation or guide does not finish generating, the credits go straight back to your balance.

Creating new AI content pauses until your allowance resets. Everything you have already made stays available to watch, edit, share and export. If you need to keep going sooner, you can upgrade your plan at any time.

On paid plans, your credits are topped back up to the full monthly amount at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll into the next month.

Yes, from Settings > Billing. When you upgrade, the change applies right away and any credits you have left are added on top of your new plan's allowance.

Cancel any time from Settings > Billing. You will not be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
